Ingredients

1 Harmonizing Tea Bag
100 mL (slightly less than 1/2 cup) water
45 mL (1.5 fl oz.) Irish Whiskey
3 cardamom pods toasted and crushed with mortar and pestle
120 mL (1/2 cup) chilled heavy cream
1 orange zest
120 mL (1/2 cup) milk
Honey

Directions

  1. 100 mL brewed HARMONIZING TEA (1 tea bag/100 mL hot water, 80-90°C (176-194°F), steep for 2-4 minutes)
  2. In a whipped cream shaker, add cardamom and cream. Shake vigorously.
  3. Set aside in fridge while you make the drink.
  4. Pour the Whiskey in the glass, HARMONIZING TEA MIX. Mix and top with cream.
  5. Lightly add a touch of orange zest on top of cream.

Recipe Note: To make the HARMONIZING TEA MIX simply combine 100 mL brewed HARMONIZING TEA and 1/2 cup whole milk. Add 1 large tbsp of honey.
